Steven Ritcheson brings Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC almost twenty years of experience advising and representing technology-driven companies in complex litigation in numerous state and federal courts, before the International Trade Commission, and in various foreign tribunals. Steven’s practice specializes in intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Steven has represented companies in disputes and transactions involving a wide range of technologies, including those for consumer products, electronic circuitry for flat panel displays and computer peripherals, hardware for on-demand-video systems, backup, replication, and clustering and high-availability server software, communications, social media software and services, automotive, and banking and financial services. Steven has also served as General Counsel and Director for West Coast Operations for a boutique investment bank focused on the acquisition, securitization, and disposition of intellectual property and provides a wealth of practical deal-making experience to the complicated legal disputes facing inventors and patent owners today.
