Taylor Bartlett focuses on mass torts and pharmaceutical product liability litigation. He represents clients from all over the United States and is actively involved in the recently discovered link between bladder cancer and Actos usage. Recently, he completed an LL.M at King’s College London where he focused on arbitration. He represented King’s College in an international moot held in Vienna, Austria. His team competed against 270 other teams to win 3rd place for their memorandum. Prior to that, he graduated from Cumberland School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review.  Before attending Cumberland, he earned his Mechanical Engineering degree at Auburn University. Engineering school gave him a scientific background that has allowed him to excel in such a complex area of law. It has also trained him to think practically and logically, allowing him to be a better advocate for his clients. As Taylor’s practice covers scientifically complex areas of law, his Engineering background and practical analysis skills are put to good use serving his clients. Apart from the law, Taylor enjoys Tennis, Competitive Sailing and Traveling.
