The law firm of Heninger Garrison Davis is pleased to announce that John “Jack” W. Olivo  and Maureen Abbey have joined the firm.

“It was actually a very easy decision for us,” said Tim Davis, managing partner of Heninger Garrison Davis, of Olivo’s move to the firm. “We have worked in co-counsel relationships with Ward and Olivo on patent cases for several years and are therefore very familiar with their expertise. We see this as a ‘win-win’ situation as it allows us to significantly expand our intellectual property practice in the technology sector while providing Jack and Maureen with the litigation resources that are the life-blood of our firm.”

In addition to the firm’s present offices in Birmingham and Atlanta, Heninger Garrison Davis will open offices in New York and New Jersey in order to better serve its new clients.
