Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC. is proud to welcome Jack Olivo to the firm.  Jack Olivo was a founding partner of Ward and Olivo, an Intellectual Property firm often engaged by other law firms throughout the country for its expertise in the fields of telecommunications and software. Over the span of two decades, the firm enjoyed many successes and became unique and prominent by balancing two fronts: the defense of nationally significant patent cases on a traditional hourly fee basis, and the enforcement of patents for plaintiffs on a contingency fee basis. Ward & Olivo strategically dissolved earlier this year, to separate its defense practice from its plaintiff practice, which precipitated Jack’s move with his plaintiffs’ intellectual property enforcement practice to Heninger Garrison Davis.  Jack will practice out of the New Jersey and New York offices.
