Tim Davis graduated from Florida State University in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration. He then attended Cumberland School of Law, graduating in 1984. While in law school, he was an active member of the Cumberland Board of Trial Advocacy and was co-chair of the Cordell Hull Speakers Forum.

 

Since graduation from law school, Tim has devoted his practice almost exclusively to the representation of individuals in personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from incidents involving automotive, healthcare and pharmaceutical liability. He served on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee representing approximately 10,000 individuals with hemophilia who had received blood products contaminated with the HIV virus. The litigation resulted in a $640 million settlement with certain pharmaceutical companies. He has authored numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars. He is a member of local, state and national bar associations and has served on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association since 1988.
