Caroline Hollingsworth graduated from the Leadership Hoover program in May 2025 as a proud member of the Class of 2025. The graduation ceremony recognized a dynamic group of professionals who dedicated the past year to cultivating leadership skills, building meaningful relationships, and exploring ways to positively impact the Hoover community.
Leadership Hoover is a prestigious civic engagement and leadership development program that brings together individuals from business, government, education, and nonprofit sectors. Through a series of immersive sessions, site visits, and collaborative projects, participants gain a deeper understanding of local challenges and opportunities, while developing the tools to become more effective community leaders.
“I’m honored to be part of this year’s Leadership Hoover graduating class,” said Hollingsworth. “It’s been an eye-opening and inspiring experience to engage with other leaders who are passionate about serving our city. I’m leaving the program with lasting connections and a renewed commitment to investing in Hoover’s future.”
Caroline’s participation in Leadership Hoover reflects her longstanding dedication to public service and professional development. As part of her cohort’s capstone initiative, she and her project team launched a nonprofit organization, Hoover Together, aimed at raising awareness and providing resources to meet the needs of residents. Caroline and her team will continue serving on the nonprofit’s Board of Directors, extending the impact of their Leadership Hoover experience far beyond graduation.
