Erik S. Heninger

At Heninger Garrison Davis (HGD), leadership in the courtroom goes hand in hand with leadership in the legal profession. We’re proud to announce that Erik Heninger, Partner and Founding Partner of HGD, has been invited to serve on the faculty of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Depositions College Webcast Series.

The AAJ Depositions College is one of the most respected training programs for plaintiff’s attorneys nationwide. Returning this September (Sept. 4–25) as a four-part weekly webcast, the program provides trial lawyers with the tools they need to master depositions—an essential part of every case.

What Attorneys Will Learn

  • Advanced techniques such as exhaustion, boxing-in, and the Miller Mousetrap
  • Strategies for addressing obstructive tactics during depositions
  • A two-hour live workshop for practical application
  • One-on-one faculty training tailored to each participant’s experience level

Participants also receive recordings of all lectures and workshops, extending the program’s value long after the sessions conclude.

A Reflection of HGD’s Leadership in Advocacy

As a faculty member, Erik Heninger will mentor attorneys from across the country, sharing the insight he has built through years of high-stakes litigation and client advocacy. His involvement reflects not only a personal honor but also HGD’s broader values—integrity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

By helping strengthen the skills of plaintiff’s attorneys nationwide, HGD continues to advance its mission: ensuring every client has access to advocates prepared to deliver the best possible outcome.
