Last week, the HGD family came together for a heartfelt Legacy of Leadership Reception celebrating Tim Davis and his 19 years of extraordinary service as Managing Partner.
It was an afternoon marked by warmth, gratitude, and deep appreciation for a leader who has shaped not only the direction of our firm but the culture and character of our team.
We were honored to welcome Tim’s beloved family: his wife Julia Davis, his son Walt Davis and wife Rachel, and daughter Grace Ann Ward with husband Tim Ward, who traveled from Colorado to be part of this meaningful celebration.
Steve Heninger, Lee Gresham, and Tzena Gauldin delivered touching remarks that reflected on Tim’s integrity, resilience, and the personal impact he has made over nearly two decades of leadership.
The recdeption featured a moving tribute video of Tim’s most memorable moments with HGD, and a Legacy Wall filled with personal messages from every team member—each one expressing appreciation, admiration, and gratitude.
As a lasting keepsake, Tim received a custom memory book filled with photos spanning the past 19 years—moments with the HGD team at work and at play—alongside heartfelt messages written just for him.
The night closed with a toast in Tim’s honor, surrounded by fellowship, shared memories, and genuine love. It was a celebration not just of a successful tenure—but of a legacy that will continue to guide and inspire HGD for years to come.
