At HGD Law Firm, we’re thrilled to announce that two of our own—Lori Dent, Client Coordinator, and Tzena Gauldin, Firm Administrator—have been selected as finalists for the 2025 Crisp Experience MVP awards.

These nominations speak volumes about their dedication, growth, and leadership in elevating client experience and operational excellence.

About the Crisp MVP Program

The Crisp Experience MVP challenge recognizes law-firm team members who have made significant transformative progress in their roles over the year. It’s not just about showing up—it’s about documenting measurable improvement, adopting new systems and efficiencies, and raising the bar for what support teams can accomplish.

Past winners have been selected based on the degree of impact they’ve created in their firms and how well they embody a culture of continuous development.

By participating in Crisp’s structured learning paths—such as productivity systems, client relationship management, operations, and risk management—team members become more empowered to lead change from within.

Being named a finalist is itself a high honor: it means Lori and Tzena’s efforts have been recognized by peers and by the broader Crisp community.

Lori Dent: Elevating the Client Journey

Lori was promoted in 2024 to the role of Client Coordinator, a position designed to deepen communication and support between clients and their legal teams at HGD Law Firm. 
For the past year, Lori attended the Crisp Experience bootcamps and training sessions in Atlanta, where she immersed herself in training on productivity optimization and client relationship management. 

What she brought home wasn’t just new ideas—it’s a refined playbook for improving how we stay in touch, anticipate needs, and deliver timely, empathetic client care.
Her nomination reflects how Lori has stepped into this role with intentionality, consistently pushing to make each client’s experience stronger, more informed, and more human.

Tzena Gauldin: Strengthening the Operational Backbone

As Firm Administrator, Tzena’s leadership keeps the operations engine of HGD running smoothly—in staffing, process design, risk oversight, and more.

Her journey with Crisp has included participation in Crisp’s operational and risk management training, collaborating with peers across the country to identify better systems and safeguards. 
Her work aligns deeply with HGD’s CIRCLE values—especially in ensuring integrity, respectfulness, and excellence in how our firm operates behind the scenes.

Tzena’s role may be less visible externally than Lori’s, but it is no less essential: her systems and policies directly enable attorneys and support staff to focus on clients without unnecessary friction.

What This Means for HGD Clients
