On February 6, 2026, HGD Law Firm proudly celebrates 20 years of service, advocacy, and trust—two decades of standing beside individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
HGD was founded in 2006 by Erik Heninger, Steve Heninger, William Lewis “Lew” Garrison, and Tim Davis, attorneys united by a shared conviction: personal injury law could—and should—be practiced differently. One year later, Lee Gresham joined the firm, strengthening both its leadership and its commitment to excellence. Together, they built HGD on a foundation of integrity, respect, and unwavering dedication to clients.
What began as a bold vision has grown into a nationally recognized personal injury firm, trusted by clients in all 50 states. But our story has never been defined by geography or growth alone. It has always been defined by people.
