Heninger Garrison Davis (HGD) is pleased to announce that W. Lee Gresham III will assume the role of Managing Partner, effective June 1, 2025. This leadership transition reflects the firm’s commitment to continuity, excellence, and client-centered service.

Lee Gresham joined HGD as a partner in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience in complex litigation. Over the past two decades, he has represented individuals and businesses in cases involving toxic exposure, product liability, medical negligence, and commercial disputes. His practice has spanned state and federal courts, where he has earned a reputation for thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and unwavering advocacy. 

A native of Alabama, Lee earned his undergraduate degree in English from Auburn University and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. His educational background has contributed to his analytical approach and effective communication skills, both in and out of the courtroom. 

Beyond his legal practice, Lee is actively involved in the community. He teaches Sunday School at Mountain Brook Community Church and enjoys spending time with his two children. His commitment to family and community mirrors the values that HGD upholds in its client relationships. 

As Managing Partner, Lee will oversee the firm’s strategic direction, ensuring that HGD continues to provide exceptional legal services while fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. His leadership will build upon the firm’s strong foundation, guiding HGD into its next chapter of growth and service.
