Drew Haskins recently recovered $350,000 for two clients who sustained severe injuries in a motor vehicle collision. Both individuals suffered lacerations and soft tissue damage, while the impact from the wreck caused one client to sustain a disc herniation in his lower back, resulting in a partial loss of sensation along the nerve pathways into his lower extremities. The client received multiple epidural steroid injections for the herniation, but due to his ongoing pain levels, was ultimately required to undergo a discectomy (a surgical procedure to remove the herniated disc material causing pressure at the nerve root). In addition to their injuries, both clients were compensated for their lost wages due to the time they took off work for treatment and rehabilitation following the collision.
