The Alabama Supreme Court, on April 19, 2013, affirmed in full the 2.3 million dollar jury verdict won by our client Specialty Marketing Corp in a trial handled by our attorneys Steve Heninger and Callen Sparrow. It was a landmark decision — the most significant of its kind according to commentators — because the Court previously had reversed the verdict in large part and rendered for the opposing party. It withdrew that decision on rehearing and affirmed without opinion all the damages the jury awarded on our client’s claim of fraud and breach of contract. The case name is Target Media Partners Operating Co, LLC v. Specialty Marketing Corp.
